Preparation:
MIX ALL THE INGREDIENTS TOGATHER( EXCEPT OIL,EGGS AND BREAD CRUMBS) INTO A SMOOTH BATTER.MAKE SMALL BALLS. DIP IN EGG,ROLL ON BREAD CRUMBS AND FRY TILL GOLDEN BROWN.
SERVE HOT WITH KETCHUP.
